While you are building your model a model is being built at the factory with the very same parts your have at home so if you have any problems and need help your enquiry can be checked with the ‘control’ model where they were all made.  That is always very reassuring knowing that you are not on your own. 

The components are supplied in stages so you can build at your own speed and you only have to pay for each stage as you go so it is easier on the ‘pocket’.  A typical locomotive will be in around twenty stages (they do vary depending on the model being built) and these will be despatched to you as and when required.

To enable you to run they items we would recommend you join a local model engineering club so you can meet people with the same interest and take advantage of their running track.
